From a successful career in Pharmaceutical R&D and product development, as well as product commercialization, Marco Pelser brings a wealth of experience to Geeleem LLC. He understands the powerful importance of securing and developing mission-critical intellectual property and focusing on leveraging technology to scale. He brings a relentless positive energy but with a serious focus on the task at hand.

One of Marco's favorite sayings that he borrowed from one of his closest mentors is, "Show me a gambler and I'll show you a loser."

Marco always tells people that action can change your odds in life, especially when you learn from your mistakes. Another one of his mottos that has become our core ethos: gratitude before greatness.

 

Marco says that "gratitude is the only antidote to opportunity blindness, and if you can't be grateful, you can't see the opportunities you really have right in front of you."

Finally, aside from all the leadership he brings, he likes to remind people to "turn failure into feedback and feedforward into success." He encourages learning and remembering that everyone deserves the opportunity to fail, to get it wrong, to learn, to try again, and then succeed.
